Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy 1a All invoices will be sent on the Friday prior to the week service is to be provided. All payments are due the Sunday of the week services are provided. Any payments not received by 12pm on Monday of the week service is to be provided will incur a $5 late fee. In addition, your session will be canceled until payment has been received. Payment Policy 1b Our goal at Academia Tutoring is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner. Monthly invoices will be sent on the Friday's. All payments are due with in 2 days (Sunday). Any payments not received by 12pm on Monday of the week service is to be will incur a $5 late fee. In addition, your session will be canceled until payment has been received. Any missed sessions will be forfeited and can not be rescheduled.
